Junior Pharmacist

• Job Summary

The Junior Pharmacist will assist in dispensing medications, maintaining pharmacy stock, providing drug information, and supporting senior pharmacists in ensuring safe and effective use of medicines. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to medical regulations, and excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic drug information and guidance to patients regarding dosage, administration, and side effects.
• Support in inventory management, including checking stock levels, expiry dates, and placing orders.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, billing, and patient history as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, ethics, and safety protocols.
• Help in compounding and labeling medications when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions.
• Assist in patient counseling on OTC (over-the-counter) medicines and health supplements.
• Participate in pharmacy audits, quality checks, and training sessions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
