Junior PHP Developer

Job Title: Junior PHP Developer (Codeigniter)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior PHP Developer to join our growing development team. You’ll work on web applications using Core PHP and CodeIgniter, and collaborate with designers and senior developers to create clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter.
• Implement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Debug, test, and maintain existing code to ensure strong performance and responsiveness.
• Work closely with team members to plan and deliver new features.
• Follow best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Core PHP and CodeIgniter Framework.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with MySQL database design and queries.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with Git or version control systems.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome if skilled).
