Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management ○ Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
○ Maintain payroll records and handle salary-related queries.
○ Coordinate with accounts team for statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
2. Attendance & Leave Management ○ Track and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
○ Manage biometric systems and ensure accuracy in attendance data.
○ Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.
3. Compliance
○ Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
○ Assist in audits and maintain HR documentation.
○ Stay updated with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. 4. Recruitment & Onboarding
○ Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. ○ Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
○ Manage onboarding process, documentation, and induction of new employees. Noida, Sector 155 5. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
○ Maintain employee records in HRMS. ○ Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling. ○ Assist in policy implementation and HR-related communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
