Junior BI Developer

The Junior BI Developer will support Business Intelligence system by assisting in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI (& Fabric) dashboards, semantic models and Paginated Reports. The role focuses on data visualization, writing complex DAX measures and report optimization under the guidance of senior data analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports as per business requirements.
• Answer business questions through data modeling, DAX calculations, and report performance optimization.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query, SQL, Python, and related tools.
• Support daily/weekly/monthly reporting cycles, data refreshes, validations, and troubleshooting of BI reports.
• Identify data quality issues, refresh failures, and model inconsistencies, and figure out the rectification process.
• Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and data sources.

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, dashboarding)
• Hands-on Experience with SQL and Python
• Strong data manipulation and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience in Paginated Report Builder / SSRS

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
