About the Role
We are looking for a Junior PPC Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will help execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. You will work closely with senior marketers to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives for our SaaS products.
This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn hands-on PPC strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Support the team in A/B testing ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
- Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Impression Share, Quality Score, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives.
- Track conversions and ensure proper event/goal setup through Google Tag Manager & Analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist seniors in developing monthly optimization proposals and growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads. (Internships or certifications are a plus.)
- Strong analytical mindset with good Excel/Sheets skills.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tags, and basic tracking concepts.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
