Job Overview
We are looking for a PPC-focused Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive measurable results, including conversions, app installs, and ROI growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms
- Continuously optimize PPC campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and audience targeting for PPC campaigns
- Manage and scale app install campaigns through paid advertising channels
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversions
- Track PPC performance using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer
- Prepare detailed PPC performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with insights and recommendations
- Identify new opportunities for campaign scaling and budget optimization
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC advertising
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals and paid advertising strategies
- Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
- Understanding of key PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score)
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple PPC campaigns
Preferred Skills (Plus Points)
- Experience in mobile app install campaigns (PPC-based)
- Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications
