Junior PPC Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a PPC-focused Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive measurable results, including conversions, app installs, and ROI growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms
  • Continuously optimize PPC campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and audience targeting for PPC campaigns
  • Manage and scale app install campaigns through paid advertising channels
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversions
  • Track PPC performance using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer
  • Prepare detailed PPC performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with insights and recommendations
  • Identify new opportunities for campaign scaling and budget optimization
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC advertising

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals and paid advertising strategies
  • Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
  • Understanding of key PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score)
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good reporting and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple PPC campaigns

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience in mobile app install campaigns (PPC-based)
  • Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications
