Junior Procurement

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in the Process Plant Equipment industry (Oil and Gas) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensure timely sourcing of materials, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers specializing in Process Plant Equipment (Oil and Gas) products and related materials.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, industry trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains.
• Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to support operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the Process Plant Equipment (Oil and Gas) industry.
• Strong knowledge of Oil and Gas suppliers, products, and market pricing in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
