Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from approved suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain procurement records, files, and databases.
  • Follow up with vendors on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements.
  • Verify delivery of materials and match with PO and invoices.
  • Support in contract documentation and vendor registration.
  • Help ensure procurement processes comply with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement or admin role.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
