Job Overview:

Hectacore Systems is hiring a Junior Procurement & Inventory Executive to support procurement planning, inventory management, and basic accounting operations. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product forecasting based on sales data and market trends
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) and prepare purchase invoices
• Manage inventory from purchase to sale, including stock counting and warehouse controls
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Identify new products and coordinate procurement activities
• Support basic accounting tasks such as sales/purchase invoicing and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• CMA Inter or ACCA (Part Qualified) preferred
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience may apply
• Good command of MS Excel and basic accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Only Islamabad residents are eligible to apply

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
