Job Title: Junior Procurement Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out

Salary: Up to AED 5500
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support procurement activities for our interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials related to interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and order follow-ups.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and store/warehouse staff.
- Track material deliveries and resolve any supply or quality issues.
- Support inventory control and material reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of interior fit-out materials is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- UAE experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
