The
Junior Product Owner (JPO)
plays a pivotal role within the
Product Team
, in orchestrating the
end-to-end stakeholder engagement journey
. This role goes beyond simple project monitoring; the
Jr. PO
is an active participant in the
strategic alignment phase
—from identifying strategic cooperation points and defining the product scope to deep-dive business analysis and requirement definition. The
Jr. PO
acts as a strategic bridge, ensuring that high-level cooperation goals are translated into seamless digital features while maintaining operational excellence and high engagement standards throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is designed for a high-potential junior professional with strong analytical skills who will undergo an intensive mentorship program under the Product Team to master international Product Management standards
Responsibilities:

Strategic Scoping & Alignment:
Support the Product Team in the strategic planning phase, specifically in identifying areas of cooperation, defining project boundaries, and outlining product scopes with external partners.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of stakeholder workflows to convert complex business needs and cooperation points into clear technical specifications and User Stories.

Backlog Management & Prioritization:
Support the maintenance and refinement of the product backlog, ensuring that features are prioritized based on strategic value and stakeholder feedback.

Active Stakeholder Support:
Facilitate strategic discussions to define collaboration frameworks and manage the Stakeholder Response Framework (SRF)
Prepare and update comprehensive project trackers, visual dashboards, and performance reports to provide senior management with clear visibility on project status and KPIs.

Knowledge Management (Documentation Guru):
Maintain a centralized Knowledge Hub, ensuring all project assets, alignment documents, and technical patterns are standardized with 100% accuracy and version control.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related Field

0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Graduate of AUC, GUC, Cairo University, or an equivalent accredited international institution

Strong academic record
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, or Power BI is an advantage

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with multiple stakeholders

High level of organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and handle dynamic project environments
Preferred Qualities:

Previous internship or extracurricular involvement in logistics, technology, consulting, or project management

Exposure to digital transformation, e-Government, trade facilitation, or supply chain digitization projects is an asset
