Junior Product Researcher & Analyst

Spintly is hiring a Junior Product Researcher & Analyst to support product research, documentation, and feature development.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a career in Product Management, Business Analysis, or UX Research.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & User Research

• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyze product usage data and identify insights
• Track customer feedback trends
• Document findings and recommend improvements

Product Documentation

• Draft and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Prepare User Manuals and release notes
• Break down features into clear functional specifications
• Document system logic, workflows, and edge cases
• Maintain requirement traceability from planning to release

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA teams
• Clarify requirements during development
• Support QA with documentation and validation scenarios
• Align research insights with UX flows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–1 year experience in Product, Research, Business Analysis, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / BE (Computer Science, IT, Electronics), BCA / MCA, B.Sc (Computer Science / IT / Data Analytics)
• Strong documentation and structured writing skills
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Confluence, Google Docs, Jira
• Basic proficiency in Figma
• Highly organized and detail-oriented Preferred
• Understanding of product lifecycle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
