Junior Production Artist

Are you ready to play a key role in transforming approved artwork into production-ready deliverables? The Expo Group is seeking an Associate Production Artist to prepare graphics files, ensure quality standards, and support the production workflow from proofing through print. Available as an on-site position in Irving, Texas or Las Vegas, Nevada, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:
  • Prepare and optimize approved graphic files for print production using Adobe Illustrator and related tools.
  • Review proofs and artwork to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project specifications.
  • Generate production tickets, labels, and supporting documentation for print operations.
  • Organize and distribute completed orders to production teams.
  • Monitor incoming work and maintain workflow through the production queue.
  • Collaborate with artists, print operators, and team members to meet deadlines and production goals.
What You Bring to The Expo Group:
  • Educational Foundation: Associate degree in Graphic Design or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with graphic design files and print production workflows preferred.
  • Credentials: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Key Skills: Attention to detail, quality control, file preparation, troubleshooting, time management, and strong communication skills.
