Job Title: Junior Production Designer (Print & Order Support)

We are hiring a Junior Production Designer to support daily print production by preparing files, organizing DTF sheets, assisting with size runs, and helping process orders accurately and on time.

This is a technical, execution-based role. The focus is on accuracy, organization, and following schedules, not creative design or concept work.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow the schedules on click up
• Set up and organize logos for DTF printing, as well as jersey template files
• Arrange files into gang sheets following SOPs
• Assist with size running and daily order preparation for sublimation
• Verify sizing, details, and placement against approved mocks
• Make adjustments in Adobe Illustrator (templates, sizing, proportions)
• Organize and name files correctly
• Follow production schedules and meet strict deadlines
• Flag issues before printing or production

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
