Junior Production Engineer

GENERAL PURPOSE

A leading Company in the Alcoholic Beverage industry is looking to hire a Junior Production Engineer to join their team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to develop their engineering skills while contributing to the production process of high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Support senior engineers in analyzing production data and identifying areas for potential improvement
• Participate in the maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, reporting any issues to the senior staff
• Help monitor production quality to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of production procedures and protocols
• Engage in continuous training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in production engineering
• Document production processes and contribute to reporting metrics related to efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and recommend improvements
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, mechatronics, or related field)
• 0-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments (internships or related projects are acceptable)
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
