What you'll do

We at noon are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the strategic and operational planning for a specific commercial category, focusing on budgeting, pricing strategy, calendar planning, and P&L analysis. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence and commercial success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of annual and quarterly budget plans for the assigned category
  • Support pricing strategies and implementation to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with category leads to manage and optimize the commercial calendar (deals, product launches, promotions)
  • Monitor P&L and topline performance at a daily level and work with category leads and cross-functional teams to improve these metrics including forecasting, stakeholders, pricing, etc. :
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align planning and execution timelines
  • Monitor inventory health and assist in demand planning based on historical trends and campaign forecasts
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making and leadership reviews
  • Help identify process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of planning tools and systems


What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance, or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a must. SQL is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
