Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our growing project execution team. This entry-level role is ideal for engineering graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in construction and MEP projects. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, assist senior engineers in project planning and site supervision, and ensure smooth coordination between technical and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily site activities and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for work execution and material deliveries.
• Maintain documentation including inspection requests, method statements, and material approvals.
• Support senior engineers in preparing shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Follow up with procurement for material schedules and delivery timelines.
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes and action trackers.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in project execution, construction, or site supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Familiarity with MEP systems is an advantage.
• Kuwait residency with transferable visa is preferred.

Interview Process:

• HR Round – Basic eligibility check and introduction to company culture and expectations.
• Technical Round – Evaluation of engineering knowledge, drawing interpretation, and project understanding.
• Managerial Round – Discussion of time management, communication skills, and ability to work under supervision in real project settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD400.000 - KD650.000 per month
