Junior Project Engineer

We are hiring for "Junior Project Engineer"

Location : Ambernath

Qualification Required : BE - Mechanical

Experience Required : 1-2 years into core project management

Role & Responsibilities:

• Organize kick-off meetings for all newly assigned orders with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order transfer.
• Prepare and control project schedules/plans for all ongoing orders.
• Conduct regular planning and review meetings to track progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Act as a single point of contact for all customer communications related to approvals, project schedules, and delivery plans.
• Organize inspections as per the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Coordinate with the site team to manage schedules and ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide regular project milestone updates to customers.
• Collaborate with the design team for detailed engineering and technical documentation.
• Assist in cost management and budget control under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate with the site team for project closure activities and documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Ensure awareness and adherence to IRIS standards and company policies

Key Skills Required :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools such as ERP systems and MS Project is an added advantage.
• Strong team collaboration abilities to achieve organizational goals.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
