Junior Project Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Must be a registered Engineer and hold a valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in project management or technical project supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of technical project implementation from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines and ensure teams adhere to deadlines.
• Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
• Supervise field work and ensure compliance with approved technical standards and specifications.
• Identify project risks and propose effective solutions to overcome challenges.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements throughout all project stages.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams and manage on-site operations.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of technical standards and specifications in electronics or computer systems.
