Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution

Lead the charge on real-world, user-centered projects from conception to delivery.

Manage less complex or smaller-scale projects independently, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality goals are met.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and IT professionals to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Create and maintain clear project plans, schedules, and communication cadences.

Identify potential risks or issues and take initiative to resolve or escalate appropriately.
Project Management & Delivery Quality

Track progress against project goals and proactively manage deviations.
-
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and gain stakeholder acceptance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Support senior project managers on more complex initiatives as part of a cross-functional delivery team.

Facilitate team meetings, ensuring decisions, action items, and next steps are clearly documented and communicated.
Stakeholder Communication

Keep executives, team members, and stakeholders informed through clear, concise updates.

Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key risks, decisions, and milestones.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through transparency and accountability.
Professional Growth & Continuous Improvement

Actively build your project management and leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Learn and apply best practices from Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Contribute ideas to improve PMO processes, documentation, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of project coordination or related experience in a software, IT, or business environment preferred.

Foundational understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC and PM fundamentals).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Eagerness to grow into a leadership role within project management.
