THE JOB

We’re looking for a seasoned operational and creative leader in the Post Production space who will support the high volume of Social content (400+ assets per month) created by our Content Marketing team to live on Live Nation Global social handles and beyond.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and overseeing all post-production projects. You will play a critical role in developing and evolving the technical infrastructure that supports the Post team, ensuring systems are optimized for performance and functionality. You will be accountable for developing and refining workflows to deliver a high daily volume of creative social assets.


As the head of Post, you’ll work closely to support all 5+ members of your own internal Post team, as well as onboarding and resourcing with a large network of freelancer designers, editors and animators as required by project. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Production and Creative to deliver cohesive campaigns, and support with realistic (yet challenging!) workback schedules to deliver work on time to a high standard. Additionally, you’ll contribute to budget management and will be responsible for tracking department expenses and helping guide both day-to-day operational spending and larger strategic investments throughout the year.

The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, a team player, and someone who’s passionate about Post Production and always looking for ways to improve.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Review incoming project requests to assess scope, complexity, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Educate internal partners on post-production timelines and best practices to support realistic planning and expectations.
  • Develop project plans, assign post-production tasks, and create schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with producers, creatives, and stakeholders to align post workflows with overall project goals
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that values feedback, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and identify development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and maintain the post-production infrastructure, including on-prem and/or cloud-based servers, storage systems, and dedicated editing suite.
  • Define and continuously improve post-production workflows, from ingest to delivery.
  • Implement QC processes to ensure all content meets technical and operating standards.
  • Manage color, sound mix, and finishing processes, either in-house or with external partners as needed.
  • Manage relationships with freelance editors, post houses, and other third-party vendors.
  • Help track and manage the post-production budget, including software subscriptions, equipment purchases, and contractor spend.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 10+ years of experience in post-production, with at least 6+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, and other common post tools.
  • Experience managing or supporting MAM systems and post-production storage servers (e.g., NAS, SAN, cloud).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; familiarity with tools like Airtable, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with remote post workflows and hybrid production environments.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$132,000.00 USD - $165,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
