What you’ll do

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects while ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Coordinate project schedules using tools like Jobber to keep everything on track.
• Collaborate with team members to create accurate construction estimates and manage contracts effectively.
• Utilize Jobber for document management, ensuring all project information is organized and accessible.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Read blueprints and schematics to support project execution and provide guidance to team members.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Basic qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction management principles and project coordination techniques.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with construction estimating software such as jobber, xactimate or similar tools.
• Proven ability in project scheduling using Jobber or similar software.
• Excellent time management skills with a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Previous experience on construction sites is a plus!

Pay: $27.43 - $30.00 per hour
