What you’ll do
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects while ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate project schedules using tools like Jobber to keep everything on track.
- Collaborate with team members to create accurate construction estimates and manage contracts effectively.
- Utilize Jobber for document management, ensuring all project information is organized and accessible.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Read blueprints and schematics to support project execution and provide guidance to team members.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
Basic qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and project coordination techniques.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with construction estimating software such as jobber, xactimate or similar tools.
- Proven ability in project scheduling using Jobber or similar software.
- Excellent time management skills with a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience on construction sites is a plus!
