Junior Project Manager - Advisory Service Line H / F

Role Overview : As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior experts in engineering and architecture, contributing to the early stages of complex, high-profile projects for clients such as municipalities or giga-projects. Your involvement will span from technical feasibility studies and design phases to post-delivery assessments. While your role won't typically extend into construction, you will BE integral to shaping the vision, design, and technical approach that guide the successful execution of large-scale real estate, urban planning, and technology-driven projects. Key Responsibilities : - Business Development : - Assist with assigned tenders, collaborating with senior management and technical experts. - Understand the scope of work and contribute to the preparation of technical offers and proposals. - Coordinate and write technical sections of offers in collaboration with experts and liaise with the Tender Unit to ensure proposals meet client requirements. - Project Delivery : - Actively support the delivery of projects in early stages, including feasibility studies, design, and planning. - Contribute to the technical evaluation and analysis required to shape successful project strategies. - Write and maintain project documentation that aligns with technical specifications and client expectations. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all technical, design, and strategic aspects are well-integrated and communicated. - Support senior project managers to ensure timely and effective delivery of project stages, while maintaining alignment with scope and budget. - Manage project milestones and deliverables related to feasibility, design, and post-delivery evaluation. - Exposure and Growth : - Gain valuable exposure to large-scale, high-profile projects, focusing on the early stages of development and post-delivery optimization. - Work on forward-thinking, innovative projects in real estate, urban development, and smart technologies that will shape the future of infrastructure. - BE part of a young, growing team, with significant opportunities for career growth and professional development.

  • Education : A degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields. - Experience : Previous exposure to project management or consulting roles in the early stages of project delivery, or in real estate, urban planning, or technology, is advantageous. - Skills & Competencies : - Strong understanding of the early stages of the project lifecycle, including technical feasibility, design, and planning. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear technical documentation. - Ability to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams in diverse, fast-paced environments. - Strong focus on stakeholder management, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. - Self-driven, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. - Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
