Junior Project Manager – Joinery & Fit-Out (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support senior project managers in coordinating, planning, and delivering high-quality interior projects on time and within budget.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing day-to-day project operations.
• Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site installation teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets under the supervision of the Project Manager.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Support in managing client communications and subcontractor relationships.
• Track materials, deliveries, and approvals to maintain smooth project execution.
• Identify and report project risks or delays early to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management.
• 2–4 years of experience in fit-out, joinery, or interior contracting.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, technical drawings, and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
