We’re Hiring: Junior Project Manager – Manpower & Equipment Rental

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in manpower and equipment rental projects? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality projects while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate deployment of manpower and heavy equipment, optimizing utilization and efficiency.
- Supervise site teams, ensure smooth operations, and maintain safety standards.
- Track project costs, approve timesheets/equipment logs, and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Maintain proper documentation and deliver regular progress reports to clients and management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2- 4 years of project management experience, preferably in equipment rental, construction, or manpower supply.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, equipment operations, and contract management.
- Leadership, team management, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety protocols.
