Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its residential sales team and is seeking Junior Property Consultants with proven closing experience and a strong work ethic.

This role is designed for agents who are already active in the market and want to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment.

About the Opportunity

You will be operating within a system built on:

• Clear performance targets
• Structured sales processes
• Accountability through CRM tracking
• Consistent deal flow and client engagement

This is not a trial role. It is a growth platform for agents who are ready to perform and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified buyer inquiries
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Maintain accurate activity and deal tracking through CRM
• Follow defined sales targets and reporting standards
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Compensation Structure

• Basic salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000
• Commission on closed transactions
• Additional incentives for self-generated leads and referrals

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales
• Demonstrated closing experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work within structured targets and reporting systems
• UAE driving license (required)
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
