Job Summary

The Junior Purchase Executive supports the purchasing team by assisting with procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory monitoring. The role ensures timely and cost-effective procurement of materials while maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups
  • Compare prices, terms, and quality from approved suppliers
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier databases
  • Track inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock
  • Support senior purchase executives in negotiations and audits
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve basic supply issues
  • Follow company procurement policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
