Junior Python Automation and AI Engineer– Remote

About The Role:

We are seeking a curious, passion-driven Junior Python Automation and AI Engineer to support our fast-growing automation and AI initiatives. This role is designed for someone who has hands-on experience in Python-based automation and is eager to contribute to the development of intelligent workflows and AI agents.

You will work closely with the core AI team on building and scaling automation systems, especially focused on N8n agents and smaller-scale automation workflows aligned with our roadmap. Speed, adaptability, and practical execution are essential as we move quickly in deploying automation-driven solutions.

Skills and Experience

• 1 – 1.5 yr of overall professional experience
• Strong command of Python programming
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and explainable Python scripts for task automation
• Sound understanding of basic data operations (processing, transformations, handling structured data)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
• n8n
• Monday.com
• Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms
• Practical problem-solving abilities, especially in programming and logical workflow design
• Experience contributing to real-world projects or operational systems

Preffered:

• Exposure to high-level Machine Learning / Deep Learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with AI Agents and LLM frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• Haystack
• AutoGPT or similar tools
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Curiosity-driven, self-motivated, and experiment-oriented
• Passionate about automation and AI ecosystems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Clear communicator who can explain technical work and decisions
• Strong ownership mindset with learning agility
