Junior QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:
BDI is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Engineer to support our ongoing mechanical and pipeline infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing quality control procedures and ensuring works are executed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily construction activities
• Support preparation and review of ITPs, checklists, and method statements
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications
• Assist in maintaining QA/QC documentation and records
• Support inspections with consultants and clients
• Identify and report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil or related field)
• 2 years of experience in QA/QC (construction or pipeline projects preferred)
• Basic knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and documentation
• Familiarity with project drawings, specifications, and standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on site and as part of a team
• UAE experience is mandatory
