Junior QS Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably QS Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical.
• 1 – 3 Years, preferably MEP construction industry
• Study contract documents and prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) along with any other required documentation.
• Compare contract drawings with updated drawings using PlanSwift or Revu to create clear mark-ups and highlight discrepancies.
• Prepare cost particulars for variations or changes in contract drawings or specifications.
• Coordinate with the team and visit the site to prepare updated payment schedules.
• Issue payment certificates to subcontractors based on actual site progress, measured through documentation and on-site verification.
• Maintain a project-wise log for each individual subject or task.
• Provide timely progress updates to the manager.
