Junior Quality Analyst (immediate joiner )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Quality Analyst who is passionate about ensuring software quality and delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, a good understanding of QA methodologies, and basic knowledge of automation and API testing. This role involves testing web and mobile applications and collaborating with development and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases and test plans.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile (Android/iOS) applications.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Work closely with developers and designers to ensure bug-free releases.
• Participate in daily standups and sprint reviews as part of Agile/Scrum processes.
• Maintain QA documentation and testing reports.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, testing frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, etc.).
• 1 –2.5 years of experience in manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus).
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA and testing tools like Postman, Selenium, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts and coordinating with global teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
