Junior Quality Engineer

• A Junior Quality Engineer supports quality assurance by executing tests, documenting defects, and analyzing results to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key duties include conducting routine inspections, assisting with quality management systems, preparing quality reports, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and maintaining detailed quality records. The role requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and collaboration with senior engineers to improve processes and product quality.
• Key Responsibilities
• .Testing & Verification: Develop and execute test cases for software or products to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and ensure features function as expected.
• Defect Management: Document, track, and report bugs and non-conformities, working with developers or other engineers to resolve them.
• Quality Assurance: Support the development and implementation of quality management systems and conduct routine quality inspections and audits.
• Data Analysis: Analyze test results and other quality data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and contribute to process improvements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and quality-related data, and assist in preparing comprehensive quality reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, developers, and other teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. .Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement activities and help promote best practices in quality assurance and software testing.
