Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in quantity take-off and preparation of BOQs</li><li>Monitor project costs and variations</li><li>Prepare interim payment applications and valuations</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team</li><li>Review subcontractor invoices and measurements</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of cost records.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in building construction projects</li><li>Mandatory GCC experience</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field</li><li>Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-off</li><li>Familiarity with contract administration and site measurement</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software</li><li>Good analytical and communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
