Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in quantity take-off and preparation of BOQs
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Prepare interim payment applications and valuations
- Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team
- Review subcontractor invoices and measurements
- Maintain proper documentation of cost records.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in building construction projects
- Mandatory GCC experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-off
- Familiarity with contract administration and site measurement
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software
- Good analytical and communication skills
