Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks across company facilities, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and masonry works.
- Carry out routine inspections and report maintenance needs or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure all building systems and equipment remain in good working condition.
- Assist in installing, repairing, and replacing fixtures, furniture, doors, and other fittings as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly handled, maintained, and stored after each use.
- Follow company safety guidelines and report any incidents or damaged assets immediately.
- Work collaboratively with electricians, plumbers, and technicians to complete maintenance projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and storage facilities.
- Support project or facility teams in setting up site works, event preparations, or relocation activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Certificate or Technical Diploma in General Maintenance, Building Services, or a related trade.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in facility or construction maintenance (GCC experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting works.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a maintenance team.
- Awareness of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
- Immediate availability preferred.
