Junior Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit out experience is must)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and project cost control activities, supporting the senior QS and project team throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
• Support in tender preparation, including sending enquiries, collecting quotations, and preparing comparison sheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing, scope clarification, and negotiation.
• Help monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reports.
• Assist in the preparation of interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for project costing, contracts, and variations.
• Provide support to the project and site teams to ensure cost control and timely project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior fit-out.
• Basic knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and costing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under supervision.
