Role: Junior Off-Plan Real Estate Agent

We are hiring Junior Real Estate Agents who are driven, confident, and ready to learn. Full training is provided no prior real estate experience required.

This is a role with a basic salary.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the full off-plan sales process from qualified trainers.
• Assist clients with project knowledge, investment guidance, and property selection.
• Handle inbound enquiries and develop relationships with buyers.
• Conduct project presentations and property tours.
• Work closely with developers and senior consultants.
• Build your expertise in Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate segment.
