Junior Recovery Officers (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Ensure a smooth recovery cycle by collecting outstanding payments within the due timeline.
• Conduct follow-up communications through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to recover payments.
• Monitor unpaid accounts and prepare weekly/monthly recovery reports for the Recovery In-Charge.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Up to 25 years

Experience

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in:

• Client Relationship Management
• Customer Care
• Operations (preferred)

Education

• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• Bachelor's degree holders will be preferred.
