The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruitment process for Hospertz. You will be the strategic partner to hiring managers across all departments—including Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Project Management, and Senior Leadership—to source, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from initial job briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and specific role requirements.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions to attract the right candidates.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

  • Utilize a multi-channel approach to source passive and active candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, databases).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs.
  • Proactively reach out to and engage potential candidates, effectively selling the Hospertz vision and opportunity.

Screening & Selection:

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and guide the team through the selection process.

Candidate Experience & Process Management:

  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage candidate communication promptly and professionally.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR tools.
  • Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

Employer Branding:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Hospertz at all times.
  • Contribute to building Hospertz's reputation as a great place to work.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably with experience hiring for multiple departments (non-IT and IT).
  • Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other mainstream job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple open roles.
  • A keen eye for identifying talent and a high degree of discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience recruiting in the Healthcare, MedTech, Construction, or Project-based industries.
  • Experience hiring for senior-level and leadership positions.
  • Familiarity with a structured ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, etc.).
  • A strong network of potential candidates in relevant fields.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
