About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for connecting with people, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow their career in recruitment and HR. You will assist in the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments or phone interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Participate in employer branding activities, campus recruitment, and hiring events.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and help track hiring metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
