Junior Recruiter

About the Role

We're hiring a Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for entry-level field and technician positions. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is comfortable being on the phone most of the day, moving fast, and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruit full-time for entry-level and technician roles

  • Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to candidates daily

  • Screen candidates by phone and clearly explain job details

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Keep regular communication with hiring managers on candidate status and feedback

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process

  • Send post-offer documents (offer letters, onboarding paperwork, next-step instructions) to candidates and track completion

  • Follow up with candidates to ensure paperwork is completed on time

  • Update candidate records accurately in the ATS

  • Help ensure a smooth, respectful candidate experience from first call through offer

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of recruiting or high-volume hiring experience

  • Experience recruiting hourly, entry-level, or frontline roles (healthcare, home services, warehouse, call center, staffing, etc.)

  • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone

  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple open roles at once

  • Clear communicator with strong follow-through

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience recruiting technicians or field-based roles

  • Experience coordinating interviews and offers

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, to support communication with a diverse candidate population; not required

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards
