Junior Research Executive

As a Research Executive , you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality market research projects across diverse sectors. This position combines client collaboration, project management, and data analysis to generate actionable insights that shape strategic business decisions. We’re looking for someone with a passion for research, exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the execution of end-to-end market research projects.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (fieldwork, data processing, analytics) and external partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare compelling client presentations and insightful reports.
• Respond promptly to client queries and provide regular progress updates.
• Analyse quantitative data to uncover trends and patterns.
• Craft visually engaging presentations and reports that tell a compelling story.
• Contribute to the design of robust research methodologies (e.g., surveys).
• Assist in questionnaire development, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor fieldwork progress and uphold data accuracy and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or similar (Master’s is a bonus!).
• 1–2 years’ experience in market research or related fields (internships count!).
• Strong analytical skills and a love for data.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Tech-savvy with tools like SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint and survey platforms.
• A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure and loves collaborating.
