Location: Graphic Era Hospital, Dehradun

Job Overview: Graphic Era Hospital in Dehradun is seeking a qualified and experienced Junior Resident. The JR will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care , collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Patient Care:

• Manage and provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients admitted to the hospital
• Monitor and evaluate the condition of patients, administer appropriate treatments, and make critical decisions in emergency situations.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

2.Medical Rounds and Documentation:

• Conduct regular medical rounds, document patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

3.Communication:

• Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and colleagues regarding treatment plans, prognoses, and any relevant information.
• Participate in regular meetings and case discussions with the medical team.

4.Quality Improvement:

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements.

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• State Medical Council registration.

License:

• Valid medical license and registration with the State Medical Council, National Medical Council.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
