We are currently seeking a Junior Robotic Business Process Specialist to join our team with the following qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Proven experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Robusta
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate – both Desktop and Cloud flows)
• Proficiency in programming and automation tools (e.g., Python, VBScript, etc.) is highly desirable
• Solid knowledge of business process analysis and design
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, project management, time management, and communication
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Job Responsibilities

• Work in close coordination with Customer Experience teams to analyze internal business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Design workflows and restructure business processes for seamless RPA (Robotic Process Automation) integration
• Define project requirements, develop workflows, and build RPA bots
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate RPA solutions effectively
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of RPA bots for enhanced functionality
• Monitor existing automations, optimize processes, and ensure sustainable performance
• Explore and analyze opportunities for automation using low-code/no-code technologies
• Actively contribute to the no-code/low-code squad, following new technologies and applying them to business needs
