Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using various channels like online research, social media, and networking.
- Client Outreach: Contact prospects via phone, email, and meetings to introduce SaaS solutions and generate new business.
- Sales Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate software features, benefits, and how they address client needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Sales Support: Assist with preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, and manage sales-related documents.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments to effectively position the software.
- Data & Records Management: Organize sales documents, maintain sales records, and accurately input client data into CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers and other team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
