Junior Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Sales Account Managers to join our dynamic sales team. As a Junior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with our technical teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business requirements. You will work closely with senior account managers to support client relationships and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Support senior account managers in identifying new sales opportunities and leads.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 years of experience in IT Sales or Sales Account Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with IT products and services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
