Job Title - Junior Sales Account Manager, Enterprise Sales

Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team in Qatar. The role will support the development and management of enterprise customers across government, banking, energy, and large commercial sectors, working closely with senior account managers, presales teams, and delivery teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and growth of assigned enterprise accounts under the guidance of senior account managers
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders including decision makers and influencers
- Understand customer business requirements and position appropriate enterprise solutions and services
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and responses to RFPs and RFQs
- Coordinate internally with presales, technical, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely responses
- Track opportunities through the sales cycle and maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Support renewals and upsell opportunities
- Participate in customer meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue tracking
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and technology offerings relevant to enterprise customers
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Three to five years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably within technology or ICT solutions
- Experience working with enterprise or government customers in Qatar is strongly preferred
- University degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven sales environment
- Basic understanding of enterprise solutions such as infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, or managed services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ready to join on short notice period
