Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support the growth of Royal Media Group by generating and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach, research, networking, and lead development.
In this role, you will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, support senior sales staff throughout the sales process, and ensure accurate CRM management. This is an entry point into the sales organization — a chance to develop foundational sales, communication, and relationship-building skills while contributing to overall revenue growth.
You will work closely with the Senior Sales Representative to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and move prospects through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients across Royal Media Group’s target industries and verticals.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, trade shows, and live events.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on client fit, budget, timeline, and partnership potential.
- Schedule discovery meetings and introductory calls for Sales Representatives.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, sponsorship packages, and sales materials.
- Support Sales Representatives with follow-up communications and pipeline development activities.
- Coordinate prospect meetings, presentations, and conference/event outreach activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within HubSpot CRM.
- Track outreach activities, lead status, prospect engagement, and meeting outcomes.
- Assist with sales reporting and pipeline organization.

Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, marketing, or business development experience.
- Internship or event marketing experience.
