We are looking to hire a Junior Sales Coordinator to support the members of our Sales Dept. The ideal candidate must be available in Qatar
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provide the necessary support to the members of the sales team. Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
· Preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders, performing sales activities in all major accounts, recommending solutions.
· Acting as a focal person between Sales, Pre-Sales, Procurement, and the Project team.
· To provide commercial support to the Sales team and assist the Pre-Sales Manager with commercial planning, contractual issues, project planning, systems compliance, supply chain management, financial management and project communication.
· Participating to Tender evaluation, preparing pre-qualification documents and material submittals.
· Overseeing, planning, organizing, and managing various administrative functions including but not limited in monitoring and maintaining the attendance report of project team and site based employees.
· To take up field calls for sales promotion.
· To consolidate prospects list and follow up for business generation.
· To maintain sales analysis report and submit to upper management for review
Skills and Requirements:
§ With at least 3 years professional experience and technical knowledge in the same field, preferably in Qatar
§ Must be dynamic, creative and independent
§ With excellent analytical, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
