Junior Sales Development Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for junior candidates who are confident, trainable, and can handle cold calls, follow-up emails, and basic lead communication. We will provide the leads and train them ourselves.

Role focus:
Cold calling leads
Email follow-ups
Basic sales development
Booking calls / warming up leads
Maintaining communication with prospects

Candidate requirements:
Good English communication skills
Confident on calls
Willing to learn
Sales mindset
Reliable and consistent
Prior cold calling or email marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Compensation:
Probation period: 1-2 months at PKR 40,000 per month
After probation: PKR 60,000–70,000 per month, depending on performance
Commission: separate commission model to be discussed later
