Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position: Junior SDR - Construction Estimation
Location: On-site, Pine Avenue, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Experience Required: Fresh to 6 months/1 Year (Training Provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based construction companies and contractors
• Introducing our construction estimation services
• Identify decision-makers and schedule appointments for senior team members
• Learn and use CRM systems to track leads and interactions
• Achieve daily targets for calls and qualified leads
• Work closely with the lead generation and sales teams

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months/1 Year of experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable with night shift (7 PM - 4 AM)
• Background in construction/civil engineering is a PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
